A NAATI-certified translation helps your French-language document be understood and processed in an Australian context. Most Australian public bodies require it whenever supporting documents are part of an administrative process.
Pricing & how it works
We apply the standard rates recommended by AUSIT (our professional association for translators in Australia), with an additional discount for volume or complexity, proposed once we've seen your documents. Amounts under $200 are payable before translation work starts; above $200, payment can be made in full or in three instalments: 40% up front, then 30% and 30% over the following two months.
Rates
- ·Standard documents, A$55 per page: birth, marriage and death certificate extracts, police checks, driver licences, ID documents and diplomas.
- ·Longer or specialist documents, A$75 per page: long-form certificates (copie intégrale), payslips, employer attestations and other detailed official documents.
- ·A page is one A4 side. Discounts are cumulative (from 5% to 40%, from time to time more) on grounds such as multiple documents, standardised documents, extract translations, volume, or returning clients.

How it works
- 1Build your estimate with the Instant estimate tool: documents, options, discount request, instalments.
- 2Send us your estimate by email, attaching clear scans or photos of your documents.
- 3Receive your confirmed quote within one business day, with a secure Stripe payment link (card or Apple Pay).
- 4Approve and pay the quote. Work starts on payment (or on the first instalment).
- 5Review your draft translation before we certify it.
- 6Receive your certified PDF, and a hard copy by post if you wish.
