- ·Longer or specialist documents, $75 per page: long-form certificates (copie intégrale), payslips, employer attestations and other detailed official documents.
- ·Certified hard copy by post, $20 (express $40). Priority turnaround, $15.
- ·A page is one A4 side. Several same-format documents? A multi-document discount applies.

- ·Approve and pay the quote. Work starts on payment.

Frequently asked questions
Who accepts these translations?
Our translations are NAATI-certified, which is the standard Australian authorities require: the Department of Home Affairs, universities, state agencies, courts and employers. For use in Australia, NAATI certification is normally all you need; we tell you if your case is an exception.
What counts as a page?
One side of an A4 document. Most certificates, police checks and licences are a single page. If a document runs longer, we count the pages in your scan and confirm the total before starting.
Extract or long form (copie intégrale): which do I have?
A French extract (extrait d'acte) is a short summary: that is the $55 rate. A copie intégrale reproduces the full register entry, often with marginal notes, and is quoted at $75. Not sure? Send it and we confirm the applicable rate in your quote.
How fast is delivery?
Most single documents are delivered as certified PDFs within 1–2 business days of accepting the quote. Priority turnaround ($15) moves your documents to the front of the queue. Hard copies travel by post, so allow shipping time on top.
Do I need the original document?
No, a clear scan or photo is enough. The certified translation notes that it was prepared from a copy, which Australian authorities accept in the ordinary course.
What about contracts, medical reports or longer documents?
Longer free-text documents are quoted per word rather than per page. Email them to us and you will receive a firm quote, usually within one business day.
What if there is an error, or I need a change after certification?
An error on our part is corrected and the translation re-certified free of charge, even after delivery. Changes requested after certification (a different spelling preference, an updated document) are a new certification.
